PVC blow molding film process

There are two kinds of process flow of PVC film. One is direct extrusion blow molding with powder material. This method can be used in a large ratio of length to diameter to make good plasticization. The other is to use a common extrusion blowing unit. The pelletizing process is added by blowing the film with the granular material. However, the extruder structure is relatively simple, and PVC transparent membrane is adopted by most manufacturers in China.

Production process of PVC blow molding film

(1) in order to remove the impurities in the material, the P V C 'resin must pass through the 4C mesh screen. The plasticizer passes through the 100 mesh copper wire mesh, the other auxiliaries are diluted with plasticizer and grinded with a three roll grinder, with a fineness of less than 80 mu m. Then, according to the formula, the kneading temperature of the kneading machine is 100 ~120 C. the material can be discharged if the material is loose and elastic. The kneading material can be squeezed out by squeezing the granulation machine. The temperature of the granulation should not be too high. It is generally controlled at 150~170 C, the particles of the extruder should be neatly, and the plasticization is good and does not conglutination.

(2) in order to ensure the quality of blown film, PVC film extrusion is the best way to use hot particles. On the one hand, the film is plasticized well, and on the other hand, it can reduce the energy consumption of blown film. In order to reduce the number of dismantling heads due to "paste car", the temperature of the nose should be lower than the body temperature. The specific technological conditions are as follows: the temperature of the extruder is 150~160 C, the middle temperature is 170~180 C, the front temperature is 170~180 C, and the temperature of the die is about 170 C. The blow up ratio is usually 1.5~2.5. The film should be cooled well, otherwise the film will be sticky.
