There are two important reasons why PVC can be widely used in building materials industry.

The production process of PVC is not complicated. Ordinary production lines are usually composed of roller press, printing machine, back coating machine and cutting machine. It mainly produces thin film with a thickness of only 0.3 mm to 0.7mm by rolling press, roller rotation and high temperature rolling, which is produced and printed on the front of the film by the printer. A backing coat is attached to the back of the membrane by a backcoat machine. Don't underestimate this coating. It is an important guarantee for the quality of PVC film. The back coating is made up of special materials and is a high-energy affinity agent. It is because of this coating that the PVC film can be tightly combined with the medium or other plates, and is not open for ten or fifteen years. The biggest problem with ordinary facial mask is that it can not solve the problem of membrane shedding. As the whole process of production is carried out at high temperature (the temperature in the roller is 220 degrees), the PVC film has high resistance to light and fire resistance, which ensures the high quality of the PVC film. Of course, this is very demanding for production machines, usually a production line of equipment costs about 39 million marks, equivalent to about 160 million yuan. On the other hand, the production process of PVC film is quite simple, and the output of the machine is very large. So, in a comprehensive way, PVC is actually a low input and high output product.
