Temperature Resistance Test Of Film Pressure Workpiece
Aug 10, 2018

The temperature resistance of film pressing workpieces can be tested by temperature test. Temperature resistance test should first collect the relevant parameters of the specimen, such as environmental parameters, process parameters, adhesive species (including activation temperature, factory date, times of glue spraying), PVC parameters (thickness, back glue, manufacturers, etc.), processing time, aging time and so on.

The temperature resistance test was carried out in the thermostat box, and the test temperatures were 40, 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, and 80, respectively. Place the PVC from low to high for 1 hour at each temperature point, then check whether the surface and edge of the specimen are peeled off or open edges. If the lower temperature does not peel off or open edges, and when the rising temperature peels off or open edges, the temperature resistance of the specimen is lower. When the PVC is not peeled or edged at 40 C for 1 hour, and when the PVC is peeled or edged at 50 C for 1 hour, the temperature resistance of the sample is 40 C.
